Phoenix AP is a great place to train, great environment, great people!Have been here 2 weeks and Deven has helped me with my hip flexor strength massively.

This gym is a great place to come for injury management and prevention. They have helped me fix my shin splits that I have suffered from for years. It has helped me improve my running mechanics and my speed.
